I have a smart shunt that is not connecting to my iOS devices. It shows in the connect app, but when opened it just goes to 20% and stops. How do I reset the blue tooth on the shunt?
In many cases this behavior is actually an iOS error (we've been able to replicate similar behavior on iPhones and iPads over the past several years) and can often be corrected by restarting the phone and relaunching VictronConnect.
