Phoenix inverter 24v 1200VA 110v shows in venus os as 800VA ?

i bought a 24v 1200VA 110V inverter and it shows up in venus os as 800VA. the labels and the print on the inverter states 1200VA

why is that ?

i also can not set any parameter in venus os

@Ingo21 Based on the serial number it is the product below, so correct as displayed. You will have to get in touch with whoever sold it to you.
