have Victron Energy Lynx Shunt IP22 VE.Can 1000 amp cerbo gx and touch screen
I see data in VRM but not in Victron connect. I also do not see my 2 distributors

Neither the Lynx Shunt VE.Can nor the Distributors have bluetooth, so you will not see them in VictronConnect. The Lynx Shunt talks to the Cerbo, and the Distributors talk to the Shunt, but there is no interface with VictronConnect.

Yes, because the Shunt talks to the Cerbo via VE.Can wired connection.
right my question is why dont I see details or distributor status through there It is an option but no data
Did you connect the RJ10 communication cables between the Shunt and the first Distributor, and another between the first and second Distributors? Other than that, and making sure both the Shunt and the Cerbo are fully updated in FW / OS, not sure why you wouldn't be seeing all the information in the Cerbo. Still not in VictronConnect of course, but the Cerbo should be showing the information as long as everything's up to date and connected properly.
yes all the connections are in place. I see the data in VRM which is why I think its weird. Not sure if the data I am looking at comes from cerbo via shunt or multiplus however now that I have concerns.
I did not do the 0 and 1 on distributors since it has no bms but can try that
Alarms I set up for shunt on vrm do not see No value available, product not connected? for anything on the shunt
