not showing battery

img-3809.pngImage CaptionI have this issue, if I remove the ve.can that comes from MPPT 250/100 to the cerbo, I can see the battery, but if I plug it in, the battery dissapears and the solar charging appears. I didn't purchase a ve.direct, could that solve the problem? Thanks

What is monitoring your battery in the system? Is it a smartshunt or battery BMS?
