Different size cable between alternator -> argoFET -> battery OK?

My alternator (115 A) charging is wired like this:

Alternator to ArgoFET (1 meter 30mm2 cable)

ArgoFET to battery bank (6 meter 70mm2 cable)

Is it OK to consider these cable runs as totally separate, meaning 30mm2 is OK for the first short leg, or should I have 70mm2 cable also from the short run between alternator and argoFET?
