RS 48/6000 inverter VRM data missing (Consumption)

Hello,

in our system with RS48/6000 Consumption is not displayed, although another thread mentioned that the RS48/6000 should be able to display it.
In this system were used Multiplus, which was replaced (21.9.2023) by RS48/6000 (fw v1.12), and from this date VRM do not show Consumption (see picture, red column is missing from 21.9.2023). Maybe it has to do with the multiplus being used before?

Thanks for any ideas.

VE.CAN on RS to VE.CAN on Cerbo, CAN terminated on cerbo and on RS too.

Normally can is terminated on one end try removing the one in the GX.

Is the Cerbo firmware also up to date?

Cerbo has fw 3.10. latest is 3.11. but in changelog is nothing about RS inverters etc. If I understand well, Consumption has been added in 7/2022:

We will try to update, will see.

And the GX detects the inverter correctly?

Is it possible to power cycle both the GX device and the Inverter RS?

There is also a new firmware version for the inverter RS, as a standard procedure, can you please update that first and see if it resolves before I escalate it?

fw updated, all devices restarted (unpluged from power) today morning:

Maybee we can wait, but is seems nothing changed. If you will want acces to vrm, it is not problem od course.
