I have the BSC IP65 12/25 in my caravan
I can see data on the VictronConnect app when we are plugged into 240 power
But can’t check it when we are off grid.
I’ve created a VRM account but can’t find the correct BSC option to try and sync in when we are not plugged into 240.
Any suggestions?
For you to remote monitor you need to connect the device to the internet through a GX device to report to VRM.
The charger does not report to the VRM. It's only connection is Bluetooth and local monitoring.
The way to monitor your battery is a BMV or smart shunt with a device like the LoRaWan or the global link connected to the internet and VRM.
So you know what is happening to the battery.
