Negative cables to Smart shunt

New member here. I am installing a Smart shunt on my RV. I have two 6 volt batteries in series. There are three cables on the negative terminal on the first battery. One is from the the converter, one from the solar controller and one is a ground cable to the RV frame. I know iI need to connect the one from the converter and there one from the solar controller to the Smart shunt. I'm assuming I should also connect the negative ground cable to the Smart shunt.

Yes, move all three. Only the battery side of the shunt is connected to battery negative.
