Ip22 12/20A missing FAN ?

I was hoping you folks could help me.

I just purchased an IP22 12v20A ble smart charger and found it does not have a fan. There is a spot for it, but there is no fan. Is it supposed to have one? (The manual states the 12/15 does not have a fan, but this is a 12/20) .

Is this a defective unit?


Any help is appreciated.

The fan should be in the middle of the unit so might just don't see it.

Thank You !!! I can see it now. It was running silent and when I opened the shroud I could see the place for a fan and thought it was not installed.
