Cerbo GX reboot on MP2 switched to "on"
check the dc voltage as it sounds to me that as the victron mp starts the dc voltage is dropping bto below 9volts thus the cerbo turns off, as its voltage range is 9-70 volts.
suspect the battery is two small for the job or the cables are undersize
you should not be getting that sort of voltage drop even without pre charging the capacitors - if you are something cant supply the required current, so there is stil a underlying issue. ie the batteries bms is turning off, or cable size. or even a high resistance connection.
if its the battery's bms then as long as you are aware then the pre charging is fine
