Ways to observe solar input of Peak Power Pack

Hi! I plan to put a foldable solar panel to the "car/solar" input and I would also like to see what the solar panel brings, currently. The ve.direct protocol doesn't seem to include this kind of information. What would be the solution with the lowest profile to accomplish getting that data?

@afoeder

You'll probably find that it's a program calculation. In the Victron world this would be handled by a GX device, using VE.Direct.

If you're computer literate, a Raspberry Pi running Venus OS is lowest profile. Otherwise a Cerbo S.

Moving this to the modifications space for RPi and VE.Direct answers.

could you elaborate a bit please? What would the GX do by means of which kind of information; same for a Raspberry. As we all know, computers need inputs to… compute :-)
