Can i use Schneider Energy Meter with Venus GX ?

Hi,

I can get a Schneider for a good deal, can i use it with Venus ? The energy meter has Modbus.

@Guy Stewart (Victron Community Manager) Do you know this ? If not is there a way that i can feed the meter information thru an REST API to the ESS ? I can do that from something else ? If so maybe you can link to some documentation.

Hi @peternielsen

I don't know.

If it is possible, and it might not be, it would be totally unsupported. I do not think it would be worth the time and risk of it not working to try and find out.
