Timer for battery charging via Multiplus

I would like to charge my off grid system battery at night when electricity is cheaper. Cheap hours may vary so I need an easy way to set the hours. Is this possible with Cerbo GX or should I just get an $10 wall outlet timer?

ESS is great, but it can be a bit involved, and Victron tends to be a bit… over-protective of recommending/using ESS.


I’d really like to see an ESS “lite”assistant, that incorporates much of the VERY handy ESS functionality, without the admittedly more challenging elements of a “grid tied” dedicated system.
