Multiple WiFi on Raspberry Pi Venus

Raspberry Pi 2B / Venus 3.10~12

Setup is in my van.

Configured the WiFi to connect to my home WiFi and the hotspot on my iPhone.

Connects fine at home (garage). When I drive away it never connects to the hotspot.

I can manually make it connect to the hotspot but it doesn't happen automatically when the other one is unavailable.

Thoughts?

I will add that detecting / connecting to an iPhone hotspot (on any device) can be a bit odd in general (you usually need to cycle the hotspot option off / on or similar).

Thanks!

Hi @Anton Lord

I think venus os uses ConnMan for managing network so maybe worth searching how to set wifi priority using ConnMan and setting that up in config files. Might solve your problem. Sorry I couldnt help more
