VRM daily aggregate completely wrong on an 3-Phase Victron-only System w/o EM24

Hi,

I have a 3 phase ESS with Multiplus II 48/3000, an MPPT 450/200 and an LFP-Battery.

The System is corectly configured as an 3-Phase System, the Grid is on AC Input 1 and the AC output goes to the load in the house, so full Backup on all three Phases. This is how it looks like:

And this is how it looks like in the VRM:

This is an no feed-in system and the power metering is set to inverter, no EM24 in the system, as all energy goes through the invertres:

The diagrams in the advanced tab for the last 7 days are absolutely correct, no feed in:

But in the overview it shows an feed-on of 67kWh of the last 7 days, which is completely wrong, my energy provider power meter says the same, nearly no feed in:

Also all the other values seems to be wrong, only solar generation seems to be ok. But the regulation of the consumption,charge/discharge of the battery is fine, it seems only aggregates in the VRM dashboard are wrong, when will this be fixed?

Thanks!

To go for sure, I downloaded raw Data from VRM as Excel File, for the same last 7 days, it's a huge Excel file with all measurement data per minute. I added up all 3 phases from the grid and added up the negative feed. This results in just 3.8kWh for the last 7 days, I have absolutely no idea on how VRM count up 67kWh. The Grid feed in is also wrong, it is 269.3kWh instead of 136kWh. Total consumption 740.2kWh instead of 392kWh. Solar 497.3kWh instead of 362kWh. Victron, what do you say about it???

But my calculation should be correct, 740.2-269.3-497.3=-26.4kWh, of which -3.8kWh in real terms, the rest are conversion losses, that would be 22.6 of 497.3kWh, i.e. 4.55%, which is actually pretty good!

@PanicMan

A couple of things can be affecting the readings.

1. Connectivity issues EM to system. (Yes i saw you dont have.one.)

2. Firmware on EM

3. Multi phase regulation setting on GX. Set this to individual phase.

This is a frequent question. See the manual FAQ 14.

Thanks for the Answer, so do I understand right?

I have to set the Multiphase-Regulation to Individual Phase and it will calculate right then?

It works better as individual regulation. It will not likely be exactly the same as the Grid metering, their systems are a bit different for measuring. It is the same or at least pretty close for us where we are.

There are some meters that charge and compensate charges for power factor etc so their methods of charge can be different still. Some count feedback even accidental as not consumption others as consumption.

You would need to find out from your power company.

But in conclusion of that, when I change to individual phase, I have there 3x MP2-3000/35, and one phase in the Load needs more then f.e. 3000W, the other two phases will not try to compensate that?

He needs an Energymeter EM24 so that the data is transferred to the portal in balanced form. This is not possible without EM24.

So the System don't need to an EM24 to wok correctly, but the display of the values need it? That makes no sense...

Same problem here. Grid on AC Input 1, 3xMP2. Totally wrong values on VRM.
Makes no sense also to me that the regulation works correctly, but VRM displays incorrect data.
Any update on this?
Victron, is there a plan to fix this?
