Victron Quattro+Pylontech Force L1 System

I have a Victron+Pylontech backup system, which randomly without failures in the AC supply network, first the low voltage battery alarms appear, high discharge current and the entire system shuts down for 3 minutes. I understand that the BMS of the batteries is the one that controls the operation of the system. Is this true?

First check the reason for the high discharge current.

There is no indication or cause of high current, no fault, no power consumption, no high temperature. This has occurred even under conditions of minimum consumption.

Thank you for your valuable help, we updated the battery firmware and the fault disappeared. The update is done by Pylontech via the internet. We still do not know the technical reasons for this failure.
