Hello,
I have problem with GX on EasySolar II 48/3000 screen is stuck with "Wait..."
System was working for 7 months with no problem. Now unable to connect with GX on LAN andWRM. GX even stoped making WiFi access point.
There was also problem on site with Ethernet bad modem, which is now solved.
We tried to:
1. Restarting whole system
2. Updating software to latest version on Multipluses and reconfiguring whole system.
3. Only run EasySolar unit -Disconnecting all communication cables and reset it to default settings
None of those worked.
System is 3phase with ESS:
1x EasySolar II 48/3000 GX
2x Multiplus II 48/3000
2x Pylontech US5000-connected with CAN
1x Smart shunt -for backup monitoring
Questions:
1. Can it be corrupted software?
2. Is there way to factory reset GX and what is the procedure?
