Hello, I have a question
after switching from OffGrid mode to ESS, error messages started piling up in the logs: device / unknown description / communication monitoring ...
I had the inverter in off-grid operation for a year without any problems. After switching to ESS, my VRM started freezing. Multiplus (MP) does not measure AC IN 240V 0W 0A and AC OUT measures in a distorted way compared to the meter.
When I plug the ET340 AC into the VRM it shows OK but the system freezes and doesn't measure flows into the mains. If I don't use ET340 but only an external current sensor, the MP measures on AC IN (correctly) and writes the flows to the network, but the system freezes, AC OUT measures less current than it actually is.
When I switch MP in GX from ON to Invert, the system freezes less, but freezes…
MPII had FW 496, now has 502, GX is also upgraded to 3.0.
I assume that the MP will have an error in the measurement, but it can also cause the system to crash...
I'd like to avoid a claim as it takes a long time... has anyone experienced something like this?
