SmartShunt 100% charged with load?

Hello! Trying to learn the smart shunt and the blue smart charger in our yacht in which we live all year. New expensive Gel batteries sum 360Ah. I wonder what is the best setting for charged voltage and tail current when I have a 24/7/52 basic load of two refrigerators taking 0 - 8A. The charger turns to Storage mode which is set to 13.2V, float is 13.5V absorption 14.2V.

There are many questions about tail current here, but not clarifying to me.

Thankful for help in this matter!

For an absorption voltage of 14.2V I would choose a "charged voltage" of 1 4.0V. On my 2yr old victron AGMs I have the tail current on my shunt set to 1%. I know this is OK because the tail current will go below this.
