How do you reset a smart shunt to default values

Something happened with my smart shunt in my RV that seems to have messed up the ability to connect. I can still see the smart shunt in the connect app but it always dies at 80% saying could not connect. I have been told that this is quite often because of a pin problem. I really just want to be able to reset the shunt to default values and then try connecting again. So from the app, how is this done?

Can you change PIN before connecting?
