Fronius Primo Gen24 with Multiplus II 5000 and Pylontech UP5000 only 25 watt

Question 1: If I add ESS Assistant I get a VE Bus Low voltage alarm.

If I add PV inverter support no VE Bus Low voltage alarm

I check the cables running between the Multiplus and Pylontech UP5000. Connection is good.

Question 2: The Fronius Gen24 5000 is only 25 watt and does not increase production when load or battery charge is increased. The Fronius was running well without batteries for 4 months. Now I got the Multiplus with Pylontech UP5000.

I'm looking for the correct config settings?

At a guess I would say look at the frequency shift see if that’s you issue. Is the grid connected
