Multiplus voltage variation

Hi all.

I have a Multiplus 3kW that charges my LiFEPO4 batteries on my boat. I have a Smartshunt that measures load from the batteries alone and a Smartsense connected to the battery. I noticed recently when charging from shore-power, on the main DC distribution panel, the voltage keeps going up and down from 13.6v to 14.4v every few seconds. Yet the voltage on the BMS, Smartshunt and BMS shows a consistent 13.7v. What could be happening here? There are very few loads drawing from the main DC panel at the moment.
