2 pcs. Multiplus 24/3000 single phase parallel on one battery bank.
It is possible switch the second MP if the AC load reached a specific load?
VS is the way to go?
The Master MP can switch on a specific load the VS, but how can the slave MP listen to the VS?

When mp are connected in parallel they are in master/slave configuration and they share the load. You cannot switch the slave off/on as desired unless they are in a cascaded configuration, which victron does not recommend. Parallel inverters must be wired and configured in a very specific manor to prevent an imbalance situation. Keep in mind when paralleling units that the minimum ac input limit is multiplied by the number of parallel units.
