Victron Connect app can't find my 75/15 charge controller

I have a 2022 Keystone Cougar with a factory-installed 300W solar system, including a Victron 75/15 charge controller. I have installed the Victron Connect app on my IPhone, checked and double-checked that Bluetooth is on, but when I bring up the Victron Connect app on my phone, I see a Device List screen with an icon of a frowny-face battery and the message "No devices found".

What's wrong?

@wb0ldj is your mppt a bluetooth SmartSolar.? Is the blue led on or flashing?

Does enable "location" in app permission help?

I would first try and see if your phone picks up the bluetooth. Install BLE scanner on you Iphone. Scan, and see if it finds your charge controller. In the picture, you see an example where it finds my smartshunt. You can also see by the "dB" that the signal from the smartshunt is really weak. If this app picks it up, so should the Victron connect app.
