48/5000/120 Generator problems

I have a 48/5000/120 Quattro hooked up to a generator on AC-1 and shore power AC-2. When I run the generator it either starts charging Screenshot 2023-04-06 073447.png for about 10 min then disconnects or does not show load at all. I have Weak AC input setting enabled and UPS mode disabled. Please advise
