Lithium BMS control remains off
Quattro 48/10000 with Lithium battery bank. Under system set up. Battery monitor Lithium battery bank is seen and selected. "Freedom Lite on CAN-bus" DVCC enabled and BMS control remains OFF Is anyone aware of what causes BMS control to remain OFF ? We will replace RJ45 communication cables and termination plugs when returning to site and advise if this resolves. Any other suggestions to why BMS control remains OFF would be appreciated. update: Cables and termination plugs replaced, no change to BMS control remains off. Issuing a new CCGC in hope this the problem. Factory in RSA contacted to interface BMS next week. Other: Firmware on CCGX held at v2.23 New replacement will load to v2.3, though v2.3 will not work with CAN-bus as seen in the email. What do we do....
After reading the link to v2.3 possible issue after update, the problem was seen with the firmware in the inverter. With LFP systems inverter/charger must be above 422. The unit was loaded with 413. VE.Flash to 459 the BMS control is now ON under DVCC.
