I have a problem with a brand new 12V 500VA 230V phoenix inverter.
I just received it and it doesn't work.
There is just the green and red led slowly alternating on and off.
The outlet of the device never become active.
According to the victron toolkit is calibration or parameter error.
The communication with the victron connect app works and i can see the firmware version is 1.21.
The factory reset does nothing.
No update available.
No option to re-flash the same version.
It isn't the battery either i used the 12V of my car, with 10mm2 short cables, attached directly on the car battery. With the engine running(14.2v) or not (12.8-13.2v) makes no difference.
Can i download the firmware 1.21 from somewhere ?
Or is something else i can do ?
