Can a phoenix inverter be used as a ups?

Is it possible to run a phoenix inverter permanently (in eco mode) as a form of ups, with a blue smart charger keeping the battery supplied with sufficient power as well as charging the batteries when mains is switched on?

If so, what size charger would be recommended?

375 watt phoenix inverter

Maximum 340watt load

Blue smart charger 12/15 ??

200ah deep cycle gel battery

Phoenix Inverter

Hi @Jan this is certainly possible. You are basically making an online UPS. Only thing is, your charger should be able to supply the load and have some spare capacity to charge the battery with. The 12/15 smart charger can only support up to 180-200W of power, if your average usage is more than that it will slowly discharge the battery. Maybe use a bigger charger to support higher loads?
