Descending SOC when Multiplus in floating mode

Good morning I wanted to ask why in the VRM the battery charge status keeps dropping despite the fact that it is connected to the power socket and the multiplus is in floating mode, and the voltage as can be seen in the graph is constant at 13.50 volts, despite this the SOC keeps dropping... any ideas?

I have also just started seeing this on one installation with Lithium cells. I am not sure the difference between the two boxes on the bottom left, with the battery symbol. The one furthest left is suddenly 'lying' and reporting a negative value instead of a positive or vice versa.
