I am looking to connect two Victron Smart MPPT controllers to a Smart BMS 12/200. The Smart BMS 12/200 only has one port for the VE Direct Remote On/off wire. Is it ok to just splice another wire to the same port?

It is best that you read the Smart BMS 12/200 manual esp the 5.1. Appendix A.
For Victron mppt that have remote ports, no special cables needed.
For Victron mppt that only have VE Direct ports, VE.Direct non-inverting remote on-off cable is needed (article number ASS030550320): is required for each mppt.
It is OK to wire 2 ASS03550320 to the charge disconnect port.
