Control Orion with temperature sensor

Is it possible for a temperature sensor connected to engine alternator from cerbo GX to turn off Orion DC-DC charger when alternator reaches to high of temperature?

Hi Blackbird, Yes that is possible,

Yes this temperature condition to Switch Relay #2, which you connect to the DC-DC charger to remotely switch this OFF or ON.

I'm in the works of setting this up via NodeRed on the Cerbo. Mostly to shut down the alternator for high temps but shutting down the alternator also shuts down the Orion.

Thanks! Yes, I’m trying to set up so stock alternator house battery charging (w/Orion) will be stopped if alternator gets to hot. Connections seem simple enough.
