Solar Charge Controller - Clip Lost

Hi,

Is it possible to check the clip lost on an MPPT? I have a 2 * 2.5kwh solar arrays connected to a 250/100 MPPT.

I notice the MPPT is reading a flat 2500W for most of the day. This normal for the MPPT as Im on a 24v setup.

My arrays maybe producing more energy but bring clipped, so how can i find out what the value of the clipping if possible?

Regards

HI @kevgermany , Thanks for your response which led me in the correct path. I had my 2 arrays separately isolated and at the point in the day i reached 2500W I then isolated each array and found the clipping amount. Thanks!

Cover a panel or two. Work out how many have to be covered before output drops. But I don't think this will be accurate with panels in series.
