CerboGX recognizing Pylontech but no data

Hello,

I'm currently installing a system with the Multiplus-II, CerboGX and Pylontech US3000C batteries. Batteries are connected to the BMS-CAN on the CerboGX with the correct VE.CAN type A communication cable. Did this installation before without problems but this time the pylontech shows up in the device overview but without any data. (SOC, voltage etc). Initially after restart the battery shows as connected, after a while it is disconnected. Anyone had this problem before?

Initially connected but without data.

After a few minutes the status changes to not connected.

Try the cable in reverse. Do you have a spare you can try?

It largely depends on the Pylontec firmware and if you are using a hub

Also pins 1-3 need to be empty. Check the manual they usually stress that point.
