victron phoenix 12/1200 eco mode dont work anymore

Good day


Since recently my ECO mode does not work anymore. As soon as I set the converter to Eco, it only flashes and it no longer manages the refrigerator. Before everything worked.


On the app it says too high voltage. What can I do?

Is it working in the normal ON mode?
