Second owner Lorawan module how to add to VRM dashboard

I bought a second hand LoRaWAN module and the first owner did give the module not free. How can I add the module to my dashboard? I can not connect the first owner because I do not have his name or mail-adress.

Changing the owner of a VRM system is a manual process requiring a proof of purchase - you will need to submit a support request here - https://professional.victronenergy.com/support/
