Orion 12/24-10 Behaviour when current above maximum

Hi, what is an Orion DC/DC converter doing, when the output current is above the maximum, e.g. 10A for the 12/24-10? Is it shutting off the load completely, or will the current be limited and the voltage drops?

current is limited and voltage lowers, in a certain measure. If voltage lowers toot much, it will turn off with an error
