MPPT 75/15 Odd Readings Since App Update

MPPT 75/15 > 250W/24V Panel > 3x12V Gel Batteries > 12V/240V Inverter.

This system is running well. Too well! Since I updated the App to v5.73 on 12/09/22 my 'Yields' are depleting, my battery voltage 'Spiking' at ~18.2V, my panel output wattage is 'Zero' but my voltage is consistent at ~38V. The system is now on 'Float' and showing no current. However, I'm using power and have not 'blacked out', with minimum battery voltage at ~11.0V. It seems like the battery is not connected to the MPPT for some reason. A loose connection or an open fuse somewhere between the two.
Points that lead to this are the 18V battery Voltage reading, this would not be possible if the battery was connected. Also, not harvesting any energy on a given day, there is nowhere for the solar energy to go if the battery is disconnected.
I would ensure all connections are sound and the fuses are intact.

I reset the controller and it seemed to resume normal operation. Then it decided to go on strike completely. On further investigation it turned out the battery was connected but only enough to keep the unit 'live'. Following proper reconnection, all seems good again. A typical Air Crash Investigation moment where the confluence of unrelated events leads to incorrect assumptions and diagnoses. Cheers, L at SS
