VRM Portal ID from Serial Number

Dear Victron,

I would like to add an installation to the VRM Portal, it needs the so called Portal ID of the Lorawan module.

The module is already installed on the remote site, is it possible to look up the Portal ID from the serial number of the module? (at the moment I only have the latter)

Or is this number only noted down on the physical product itself.

It would save a trip to the remote site, if looking up the Portal ID from serial number is an option.

Thanks in advance

Hi Marin, perhaps; not 100% sure but I can try.

What I need then is the serial of the connected device (mppt, inverter or bmv).

Hello Marthijn,

I was able to add the installation with the number you provided,

Thanks a lot for the quick response and the solution.

It seems the installation has trouble connecting, we will look into improving the coverage of the lorawan network in the area, by possibly adding a gateway.
