Multiplus shows "fault" in vrm monitoring, stopped charging

Hello,
I have a multiplus II 12/1600 on my boat.
Plain vanilla setup :
- connected to 3 batteries
- connected to shore power
- including a shunt and a cerbo

Since 3 weeks I 2 times have the inverter (that is set to "charge only" as only the fridge (and the cerbo) are active) go into status "fault". At that time it stops charging the batteries.

It still can be reached from the cerbo through vrm.
I can switch it to "off" and then to "charge only" again after which it starts bulk charging the battery.
However, 3 days later the same happens again.

- First question : does anyone know how I can find details about this "fault"? I cannot find anything in vrm logs.
- Second question : has anyone had a similar problem?
- Third problem : any suggestions as to how to diagnose this problem?

Have you had a look at the AC output chart on VRM?

This would show up any mains glitches that would cut ac throughput?

Have you looked at the ve bus warnings and alarms widget in the advanced section of vrm?

While it’s happening check the notifications section in the root menu of the GX remote console.

Or the alarm status section in the inverter device folder on the GX.
