Firmware file for USB update?

Looking for where to download the firmware file for a Phoenix 24/500 230V?

Only have a USB connection (running connect on laptop) so have to update manually not via the app but can't find anywhere to download a file.

Currently on FW V1.21 from a couple years ago

For VE.direct devices the firmware files are included in VictronConnect. If VictronConnect is up to date (v5.73) you also have the lastest firmware files, you just have to connect to the device you want to update.
