Modbus-TCP registers for Cerbo digital inputs

The Cerbo user manual says the values of the digital inputs can be read using the Modbus-TCP. I have looked in the field list but can't see them anywhere. Are they named differently?

Does anyone know the registers to read?

You can find them 3420 - 3424.
