When my SOC gets down to its setting on ESS when the mains kick in again it runs fine for a while, then i get a Low voltage setting followed by a error 17 and the whole system shuts down. voltage was 48.9 and SOC 65 %. its happened a few times now and my clients patents is running out, please if anyone has any advice ?
2 x 5 Kva multiplus in parralel, 16 x 220 ah victron agm (880ah), 24 x 350 watt REC on 2 x 150/100 mppt.
there are two places to set this up so make sure you have set BOTH areas up, option is in the VE config Inverter tag and the other is in the ESS assistant under assistants
these are my settings and you may have to set it up on BOTH inverters not just one as I dont have two units (so check this area out some more)
Another possibility to look at
The length of the Battery cables to EACH unit, They must be the SAME length
just maybe one of the cables is longer and causing a issue.
this is just a thought and something to check
