my phone stays in close proximity (50cm) of the BMV 712 smart, the upgrade process goes to >50% %, but then I get error B4 'product has unexpectedly stopped the connection'. bluetooth is enabled on the device (setting 71 is on). I can send a victronconnect log if needed.
