Hello, my trailer has the 500A smartshunt and the Smartsolar 100/30 MPPT controller. The Victron app only sees the Shunt. I tried everything but I believe either the factory or dealer turned off the BT on the solar controller. I ordered the VE direct cable to connect directly to check. As I wait for the cable to arrive I was wondering if anyone else has or had this problem
