Multiplus 12/3000/120 overload

I have the Multiplus 12/3000/120 (230V unit) on a sailboat wired for European standard 230V shore power. A worker at a boatyard in the US plugged it in to 110V US power and now I have a continuous overload fault. Is it possible or likely that the 110V power into the charger may have “fried” my unit? What suggestions are there for troubleshooting/reset/repair?

let It check by a Victron repair technician. The 220v and the 110v devices Multis are different.

In case of 110v the multi could have taken 2x current.

Victron has also an

Isolation Trans. 3600W Auto 115/230V

with automatic inputvoltage detection

Thank you, I would be very interested to hear from a Victron technician if the introduction of 110V (which is clearly outside the acceptable input range per the manual) could damage the unit, or cause the present unresettable “overload” indication.

Generally Victron don't respond here. Faults like this should be checked by the dealer, who should be able to answer your question.
