All of my data from my Cerbo installation 102c6b6433a5 stopped being plotted on the Victron site on 24 March at 15:30 UTC. I've had a Communications Monitoring Alert sine then. Internet connectivity at my installation is normal. Is anyone else seeing this?
This is usually rare, but it can happen. You can easily reboot it yourself..
Or set it up to reboot itself..
Just happened here. Middle of the night, no network errors, but the Cerbo GX lost its WiFi connection and couldn't get it back. Got on via Bluetooth this morning and had it retry and it couldn't connect. Ended up doing a hard boot by pulling the Cerbo power and that resolved it.
The same thing happened to me this afternoon and at night it still doesn't work. The wifi works perfectly since I can connect to the cameras, alarm etc. Since I am not at home, I have asked an electrician to come tomorrow to restart the cerbo. Has this happened to you more times or just once and never happened again?
Thank you for your answer JohnC, the truth is that both options are very useful but I can't find them at the moment, where is each one of them in the VRM? Maybe since I don't have access to the remote console yet, I can't do it until someone does a manual reset for me?
