Grid lost when there is grid and battery draining

Hi everyone,

I have a grid lost alarm where the MultiPlus 48/5000/70-100 cannot read grid when there is grid power and it is draining the battery.

Please assist on what could be causing this problem and how I can fix it.

Before all: The grid trip switch is up?
Is there actually grid power on the contacts of the inverter?

If so:
Grid voltage and frequency ok? If not within set up tolerances it wont connect.
Try switching off "UPS function" since this is a setting making the system vulnerable.
If still no success try the "weak input" option, but be aware that this is influencing the max charge current...
