Phoenix 12/375 green and red led are steady on, no power output. not readable via VEdir. port. Nothing is connected to the output, fuses are OK, nothing visible like any marks or burned parts, looks like new, HQ1745J7SST. Anything I can do?

VRM Toolkit app says Overload warning, Inverter will shutdown when the conditions get worse - reduce load.
