How Do You Insert a Link to Another Post When you are Answering a Question

Have tried this twice using the "Insert Link" function and a copied URL from the Post. The link is inserted in to the answer. However, when you click on the link it returns "Page Not Found".

Don't know what I am doing wrong, if anything.

I am not sure how all that stuff at the end of the .html got there, but if you remove it, it works.
