BMV712 & Victron Connect Firmware update without internet access

Attempted to access BMV712 data using my android phone with Victron Connect.

Unfortunately Victron Connect insists on an update but there is no internet availability at the battery room...


What do I do now?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

You do not require an internet connection. All the necessary firmware files are downloaded and stored inside the VictronConnect app.

You may still have problems updating the firmware, but lack of internet is not one of them.

Thanks Guy, got it working now.

It was the bluetooth PIN that was the issue....

Should I be able to see both devices listed (BMV712 & VenusGX/Quattro) on my Victron Connect app on my phone when within 1 metre of both in the battery room?
